Scientists from the Heinrich-Heine University, the University of Applied Sciences Düsseldorf (HSD), the Forschungszentrum Jülich, the German Diabetes Center (DDZ), the Max-Planck-Institut für Eisenforschung, the Düsseldorf University Hospital, and the WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management will present their competencies and possibilities to interested visitors. The HSD will provide an exciting insight into current projects and will be represented by the Mirevi team among others.

Visitors will find numerous info booths, presentations, and panel discussions. More than 50 contributions will invite them to participate, discuss and reflect on various topics.

The Mirevi team led by Christian Geiger will present current projects from arts and culture as well as education. Some of these projects, as the WDR Klima App, can be tried out directly on site. This learning app, developed in collaboration with the West German Broadcasting Corporation (WDR), imparts knowledge about climate change by means of AR technology. Other examples are the app Kin_ and the AR installation Kassia. While the former lets visitors become part of a digital dance performance, the latter lets them participate in a feminist archive.

The Mirevi booth (number 18) can be found right at the entrance.
