The task force “Ubiquitous Design” will host a series of events called “Stress and Technology” as part of the BMBF-funded research project “NoStress” and will discuss socio-ethical topics.
The opening event covers the issue of stress in general:
Stress is omnipresent, and it has negative connotations, especially in the context of burnout syndrome. However, stress also carries positive features.
As part of the research project “NoStress”, the series of events called “Stress and Technology” invites visitors to discuss the phenomenon of stress. Further, we will address the question how technology can help us to incorporate relaxation techniques into our everyday life.
